This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the sixth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.12.2022 and consequently, to direct the respondent to assign the property situated in Survey No.133/4 at Unjanai Village, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District, in the name of the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the third respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.12.2022 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
