The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the wife seeking to transfer H.M.O.P.No.177 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Thanjavur to the file of the Family Court, Madurai. 1/3

2. Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the court is inclined to allow this petition. H.M.O.P.No.177 of 2022 is directed to be transferred from Family Court, Thanjavur to the Family Court, Madurai The Family Court, Madurai shall endeavour to complete the proceedings preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order..

3. With the above observations, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
