ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the third respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.4 of 2024 on the of the second respondent police within a time frame.

2.In pursuance of directions of this Court, Mr.G.Chandeesh, Superintendent of Police, Ramanathapuram District is present before this Court today and files a report.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that since Mrs.Elavenil, Inspector of Police, Thondi Circle, who was nominated as Investigating Officer in the present case, was transferred, the Superintendent of Police, has nominated Mr.Theiveegapandian, Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Wing, Ramanathapuram, to investigate the present case. 2/4

4.Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present Investigating Officer is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
