ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for a mandamus directing the respondents 2 & 3 to pass appropriate orders, by confirming four years of the petitioner's probationary service and consequently, to regularize his service and also to disburse all monetary benefits of a regular employee from October, 2015, by considering the petitioner representations, dated 13.07.2019 and 09.08.2019. 2.Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Though various averments have been made in the writ petition, after elaborate arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that a direction may be issued to the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 13.07.2019 and 09.08.2019.

4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, without deciding the issue on merits in the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 13.07.2019 and 09.08.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and the fifth respondent, within a period of eight

(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
