ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(B), 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No. 213 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 16.07.2022 at about 3.00 pm, the accused persons came to the house of the defacto complainant and caused assault with an iron rod. The defacto complainant sustained injuries and taken to hospital. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

4. On perusal of the records it is seen that it is a second anticipatory bail petition and the earlier petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 11.08.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD). No.13601 of 2022 on the ground that the petitioner is having five previous cases, out of which, two cases are still pending and he is a history sheeted accused in H.S.No.367 of 2015. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

5. Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the fact that after dismissal of the earlier order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.13601 of 2022, dated 11.08.2022 there is no change of circumstance, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
