The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that the respondent police are harassing him under the guise of enquiry. 1/3

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) who takes notice for the respondent police submits that based on the complaint of the 3rd respondent they have registered a case in Crime No.232 of 2025 on 27.06.2025 for the offence under Sections 318(4) of BNS. 3.Since it is reported that a case is registered as against the petitioner, he has to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
