ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute in respect of Doc.Nos.1958/2018, 1502/2019, 937/2020 , 1008/2020 and 1501/2020 which were registered with Sub-Registrar, Sathirappatti, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District.

2.The case of the petitioners is that the third respondent herein sold his property through four separate sale deeds dated 12.11.2018, 20.09.2019, 20.08.2020 & 27.08.2020 to the first and second petitioners. But he has lodged the forged complaint. Based upon which the second respondent harassed the petitioners to settle the issue.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16290 of 2021 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent enquiry was undertaken in C.No.256 of 2021 and both the parties appeared before the Enquiry Officer and they undertook to settle the issue. 4.But however, reading of the complaint shows that the third respondent is stating that he has executed a sale deed only for the loan obtained by him. It appears that it is a money dispute between the third respondent and the petitioners. The second respondent has no role to enquire this issue. Hence, he can close the issue very well, by advising the parties to approach appropriate civil Court.

5.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
