This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry and issue summon on the petitioner's complaint dated 13.12.2021 as per law within a stipulated period as framed by this Honourable Court 2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.12.2021 is still pending on the file of the second respondent. 4.In view of the above, the second respondent hereby directed take suitable action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.12.2021 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
