The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to release the crop insurance amount for the period of 2018-2019 to the petitioner, by considering his representation dated 01.07.2024.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2024, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
