This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.191 of 2018 on the file of the respondent Police within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the matter has been referred as Mistake of Fact on 11.10.2021. But RCS notice has not been served upon the petitioner so far.

3.Let the RCS notice be served upon the petitioner and file the final report before the concerned Court, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.After filing the final report and receipt of RCS notice, the petitioner may workout his remedy in the manner known to law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
