ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Cr No. 4/2019 on the file of the fifth respondent and entrust the same to the second respondent to complete the investigation and 1/3

file charge sheet

2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner the fifth respondent registered a case in Crime No. 4 of 2019 as' Womenmissing'. Now the fifth respondent learnt that the sixth respondent registered a case in Crime No. 73 of 2019 for the offence under Section 174 Cr.P.C and as such the fifth respondent is suspecting the said crime registered by the sixth respondent in respect of women missing.

3. At this stage transfer of investigation would not serve any purpose. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However the fifth respondent is directed to complete investigation and file final report before the concerned court within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
