Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents, their men, subordinates or any other person claiming through them, from in any manner interfering with peaceful possession and enjoyment of petitioner over his property in Punja Survey No.161/9, for an extent of 81 1/2 cents (33 Ares), Patta No.623 situated at Thatchamozhi Village, Sathaankulam Taluk, Thuthookudi District, without following due process of law. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

2. The petitioner's apprehension is that he may be dispossessed from the petition mentioned property without due process of law. The petitioner has given representation dated 02.08.2022. In this Writ Petition, the private parties have been impleaded. No relief can be granted against the private parties and writ proceedings. The official respondents are restrained from dispossessing the petitioner except by due process of law.
