PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent herein to conduct enquiry and grant permission to the temple festival and the fourth respondent to provide police protection to the temple in the namely Shenbagathoppu Pemalaiyamman Kovil situated in Mamsapuram Village, Srivilliputtur Taluk, Virudhunagar District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2024 for general public use as expeditiously as possible within the time frame as fixed by this Court.
