ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to release the crop insurance amount for the period of 2018-2019 to the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 01.07.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the crop insurance amount to the tune of Rs.17,000/- has already been disbursed to the petitioner. But the petitioner is disputing the said amount. The petitioner contended that she is entitled to more than Rs. 17,000/-.

3.Therefore, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 01.07.2024 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
