The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code seeking for a direction to the first respondent to change the investigating officer in Crime No.581 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent.

2.The main grievance of the petitioner is that investigation in Crime No.581 of 2020 has not been done properly by the second respondent, especially, when the victim has sustained grievous injuries.

3.In the circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider all the medical records and file final report in accordance with law in Crime No.581 of 2020 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
