ORDER
This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to dispose of the representation given by the petitioner dated 20.05.2023. 2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner's father has purchased the landed property in S.No.273/10 to an extent of 641⁄2 cents at Appanallur Village, Thottiyam Taluk, Trichy District vide two documents bearing Doc.Nos.45/1971 dated 02.01.1971 and 2277/1964 dated 28.08.1964. It is submitted that the petitioner's father passed away on 06.01.2021, however the respondent No.4 has impersonated his father and got executed two sale deeds in favour of the respondent Nos.5 and 6 on 10.04.2023 and the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 police on 20.05.2023, but no action was initiated, hence sought for suitable directions. 2/5
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 20.05.2023 was registered as C.No. 213/DSP/TRI/2023 and during the course of enquiry, the petitioner appeared for enquiry on 13.06.2023 and requested time to produce the original documents including the SLR copy, but did not turn up.
4.Considering the circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police immediately along with the documents sought for by the respondent No.3 police and on such appearance, the respondent No.3 police are directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2023 as quickly as possible, but not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
