ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Subordinate Court, Uthamapalayam to dispose the suit in O.S.No.92/2011 on the file of the Sub Court, Uthamapalayam within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents 1 to 10 is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner is the plaintiff in OS No.92/2011 and the suit is filed for declaration and permanent injunction. Since the suit is of the year 2011 and is pending from the year 2011 without any progress, the petitioner is before this Court for speedy disposal of the same. 2/4

4.Considering the limited scope of the matter and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to dispose of OS No.92/2011 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
