The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to transfer H.M.O.P.No.25 of 2021 from Sub Court at Tiruvallur to the Family Court at Tiruchirapalli.

2. The case was referred for mediation. On different dates, the petitioner and the respondent have appeared before the mediator. However, they did not appear together before the mediator. Thus, the case was referred back to this Court. The petitioner/wife seeks for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.25 of 2021 from the Sub Court at Tiruvallur to the Family Court at Tiruchirapalli.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit, this petition stands allowed. H.M.O.P.No.25 of 2021 is directed to be transferred from from Sub Court at Tiruvallur to the Family Court at Tiruchirapalli. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
