56/2018 issued by the 3rd respondent and published in Daily Thanthi on 22/02/2018 and quash the same as illegal, consequently directing the respondent no.3, to extend my licence period on receipt of necessary enhanced payments.

Tender Notification issued by the Executive Officer, Kamuthi Selection Grade Town Panchayat, Ramanathapuram/the third respondent herein in Na.Ka.No56/2018, dated 20.02.2018 is under challenge in this writ petition.

2.Today(06.12.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that the relief sought for by the petitioner has now become infructuous and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition.
