The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and not to interfere in the civil dispute, based on the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent.

2. Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) who accepts notice for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent on 17.12.2020 was enquired and closed and nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
