ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent being the chairman of the High Level Monitoring Committee 2/5
to curb the unauthorized construction with the assistance of the Respondents 3 to 8 to inspect the unauthorized construction put up over and above the plan by extending the construction made by the 9th Respondent at the Government poramboke lands comprised in Survey Nos.212, 212/24 and 212/18 situated at North Irummathi Village, Sakkandi Group Devakottai Taluk, Sivagnagai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2026 and to take appropriate action in accordance with law after affording opportunity to all concerned parties within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.
2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the official respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 15.05.2026 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the private respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
