Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent, dated 28.11.2017, consequential impugned order passed by the first respondent, dated 12.01.2018, thereby, illegally terminating the lease, consequential impugned order of the first respondent in her proceedings in Na.Ka.No.656/2018/E1, dated 22.01.2018 and consequential order passed by the second respondent, dated 28.02.2018, quash the same and consequently, direct the first respondent to hold an enquiry in the manner known to law based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.01.2018, made to her as against the impugned order passed by the second respondent, dated 28.11.2017 and re-fix the rent as per the guideline value prevailing in the locality in the light of the lease conditions as mentioned in the proceedings of the first respondent, dated 31.10.2013, within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
