ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application for survey of his land in Survey No.254/7B, situated at Thirupullani Village, Thirupullani Group, Keelakarai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District and he also paid necessary fees through online payment on 23.04.2022. However, the respondents have not considered the same. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that based on the petitioner's application, the respondents went to the spot for conducting survey, however, the petitioner was not available at that time.

3. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to conduct a survey on the petitioner's land on 02.08.2023. The petitioner shall be present at the time of survey. No costs.
