The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the respondent police not to harass him under the guise of an enquiry. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the complaint submitted by the third respondent with the second respondent was registered as C.S.R.No.584 of 2020, dated 29.10.2020 and after enquiring the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15965 of 2020 petitioner and the third respondent, the said complaint was closed on 02.12.2020, directing both the parties to appear before a competent Court to resolve their dispute.

3.Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
