O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct preliminary enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.07.2022 and take further action.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint was received on 24.07.2022 and C.S.R. was registered in C.S.R.No.466 of 2022, that the petitioner as well as one Ramamoorthy and others were summoned for enquiry and directed them to produce the documents and that thereafter, the petitioner as well as the private respondents have not chosen to appear. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has produced the copies of the documents along with this complaint and that he is ready to appear before the respondent police for enquiry.

4.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and on such appearance, the second respondent is directed to proceed with the enquiry and complete the same in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
