Prayer :- Criminal Appeal is filed under section 374 of the Criminal Procedure Code against the judgment passed in S.C.No.53 of 2012 dated 17.12.2013 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Dindigul. ORDER: Criminal Appeal coming up for reporting compliance on this day and upon perusing the memo filed and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.Senthilkumar, Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.S.Bharathi, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the respondent, this Court made the following order: This Court by judgment dated 18.10.2019 has modified the sentence imposed by the trial Court from five years of rigorous imprisonment to two years of rigorous imprisonment and further directed the appellant / accused to pay a compensation of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh) to the credit of the son of the victim as well as the appellant and directed the matter to be listed under the caption for reporting compliance.

CRL A(MD). No.7 of 2014 for the appellant filed a memo dated 27.11.2019 along with a copy of Term Deposit receipt, for a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- deposited in favour of Sundhareshwaran, stating that the direction issued by this Court on 18.10.2019 has been complied with.
