PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents No.1 to 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute till the disposal of the tenancy proceeding in T.R.No.7 of 2016 pending before the Tenancy Court, Melur, further direct the respondent 2 and 3 not to dispossess the petitioner and his family from cultivating tenancy properties. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondents No.1 to 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute till the disposal of the tenancy proceeding in T.R.No.7 of 2016 pending before the Tenancy Court, Melur, further direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to dispossess the petitioner and his family from cultivating tenancy properties.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that there is no petition/no case pending against the petitioner.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the respondent police shall not harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
