ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members, based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 07.05.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.230 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Krishnarayapuram and obtained decree for permanent injunction.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the private respondents have already preferred an appeal in A.S.No.23 of 2024, challenging the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.230 of 2021.

4. Admittedly, there is no stay order from the Appellate Court and hence, the second respondent is directed to issue written summons to the petitioner as well as the private respondents and conduct enquiry by 2/4

taking note of the Civil Court decree and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
