Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2019 for appointment on compassionate ground to the post of sweeper in any Town Panchayat in Madurai District, without reference to the meagre salary paid by the petitioner's mother within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's 1/3

representation dated 22.07.2019 for appointment on compassionate ground to the post of sweeper in any Town Panchayat in Madurai District.

2.Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.S.Dhayalan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the fourth respondent.

3.After extensively arguing, raising various grounds in the Writ Petition, now the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2019 for appointment on compassionate ground to the post of sweeper in any one of the Town Panchayat in 4.From the documents filed in the typedset of papers, it is seen that the petitioner's request was considered by the second respondent on 28.06.2019, by rejecting her request. 5.In view of the above, this Court is of the view that the present Writ Petition is not maintainable, since the petitioner has not challenged the said order, dated 28.06.2019. 6.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to challenge the order, dated 28.06.2019.
