ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to promote the petitioner as Special Sub Inspector by considering his representations, dated 04.04.2022, 18.10.2022 and 12.07.2023 respectively and disburse consequence benefits and other benefits to which, he is eligible. 2.Heard, Mr.R. Murugappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Prakash, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. Perused the materials on record. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that on 24.08.2023, the representation of the petitioner was considered by the third respondent and an order of rejection has already been passed. The copy of rejection order has also been received by the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the same.

4.In view of the above facts, this writ petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is given with a liberty to challenge the order passed by the third respondent, dated 24.08.2023. There shall be no order as to costs. 11.09.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes PNM To
