This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to grant the patta to the land in Survey No.421/4A admeasuring 4 cents situated at Poolam Village, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2018 within a stipulated time framed fixed by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.M.Jegadeesha Pandian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Ramesh, Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. According to the petitioner, he is an agriculturist. After purchasing the property in Survey No.412/4A situated at Poolam Village, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District through registered sale deed the petitioner's mother enjoying the property. On 19.01.1977 the petitioner's mother executed a Will and thereafter, the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the said property. But in the patta, the petitioner's mother name was not found. W.P.(MD)No.6533 of 2018 After perusing the representation, the third respondent stated that they have lost the petitioner's representation, if the petitioner applied in fresh they will consider the same and issue patta. Thereafter, the petitioner sent another representation on 09.01.2018 and no order so far has been passed and hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has to file an application, for getting patta, through online. If the application is filed through online, the same will be considered.
5. Recording the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application through online as per the relevant Government Order. No costs.
