ORDER

Seeking to direct the respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.12.2024 under CSR No.23 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, this writ petition is filed. 1/4

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) on instructions submitted that with regard to the complaint received from the petitioner, enquiry is pending and the parties are not co-operating for the enquiry.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to put the petitioner as well as the proposed accused on notice under Section 64 BNSS and after giving an opportunity of hearing to both the parties, conclude the enquiry within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The parties are directed to co-operate for conducting the enquiry.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. 24.06.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No gbg 2/4
