This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Since the petitioners are unable to comply the condition No.a, they are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order passed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.9170 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9558 of 2023 dated 30.06.2023.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 30.06.2023 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.9170 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9558 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. sd/- 27/07/2023 / TRUE COPY / /08/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
