ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(a), 4(1)(i) and 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act in Crime No.1056 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. No representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that along with other accused, the petitioner is also a supplier of illicit liquor. Investigation is not yet completed and chemical report is awaited in this case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The first anticipatory bail application in Crl.OP(MD) No.15954 of 2021 was dismissed on 12.10.2021, on the ground that, the petitioner is having six previous cases. Considering the fact that there is no change of circumstance and that the petitioner is a supplier of illicit liquor, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
