Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash all further proceedings in pursuant to the impugned FIR in Cr.No.17 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, K.Pudupatti Police Station, Pudukkottai District in so far as the petitioners are concerned.

ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the first information report in Cr.No.17 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, K.Pudupatti Police Station, Pudukkottai District in so far as the petitioners are concerned. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16313 of 2021 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.17 of 2015 has been completed and final report also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam.

3.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. The petitioner shall workout his remedy in the manner known to law. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam may process the final report and take cognizance of the offence and compliance of the same shall be furnished to the Registry. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of as infructuous.
