PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned staff fixation order vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5463/AA4/2016 dated .10.2016 and Na.Ka.No.5817/Aa1/2017 dated 30.10.2017 passed by the third respondent insofar as declaring Junior Assistant, Lab Assistant and Watchman as surplus read with the proceedings in O.Mu.No.2154/Aa2/2017 dated 17.05.2017 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to approve the appointments of Mrs.M.Devika in the post of Office Assistant and Mr.S.Suresh Chandran in the post of Watchman in the petitioner School with effect from their date of appointment, i.e., 01.03.2017 and 23.02.2017 respectively with all consequential benefits.
