2.The present writ petition is challenging the suspension order dated 03.08.2017, wherein the petitioner's service as Anganwadi Worker was suspended.

3.Today, when the matter was called, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that pending writ petition, the writ petitioner was reinstated into service on 24.01.2019 and subsequently, she had also retired from service in the month of June 2019 and now receiving monthly pension.

4.In view of the petitioner's reinstatement into service, the prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
