Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

2. Considering the relief to be granted, notice to respondents 3 and 4 is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner had suffered an order at the hands of the second respondent. Challenging the same, he filed an appeal dated 15.07.2019 before the first respondent.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the said appeal will be disposed on merits and in accordance with law.

5. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
