The petitioner's apprehension is that he may be transferred from Shop No.5324 under the respondents herein.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned standing counsel for the respondents submitted that Shop No.5324 has already been closed and that the petitioner was transferred to Shop No.5410, which he has accepted and has also joined duty as a Supervisor.

3. As such, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition, which was filed when the petitioner was originally employed in Shop No.5324. Hence, the writ petition stands closed. No https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
