ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.109 of 2019 of Karaiyur Police Station, Pudukottai District.
2.The main contention of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by him, a case was registered by the second respondent in Crime No.109 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 379 and 506(i) of IPC and till date they have not filed a final report.
3.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that three months time may be granted to file a final report in the instant case.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15928 of 2020 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to file the final report in Crime No.109 of 2019, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
