PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondents No.3 and 4 not to lay the Tar Road into the petitioner's landed property of an extent of 0.96.50 Ares comprised in Survey No.331/2B, Veerakkal Village, Authoor Taluk, Dindigul District except under due process of law by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.10.2020 within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents No.3 and 4 not to lay the tar road into the petitioner's property comprised in Survey No.331/2B, Veerakkal Village, Authoor Taluk, Dindigul District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.10.2020.

2.When the Writ Petition was entertained, this Court also granted an order of interim injunction restraining the third respondent from laying any tar road in the patta land belonging to the petitioner. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the proposal to lay the road was cancelled/dropped. 2/4

4.Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
