ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.312 of 2017.
2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would contend that after conducing investigation, a referred charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, after issuing notice to the defacto complainant. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
