ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 14.03.2023 passed in W.P.(MD)No.246 of 2022, the officials have inspected the place and ensured that the trees are not causing any hindrance to the petitioner.

2. Mr.S.V.Raveendran, Forest Range Officer, Boothappandy Range, Kanyakumari District, who visited the place, is also present before this Court and submits that the trees are in safe condition and it may not cause any hindrance to the petitioner.
