Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 & 3, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2017 and sanction the retirement and pension benefits of her husband S.Gopalan to the petitioner.

O R D E R

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that she has sought for sanction of retirement and pension benefits of her husband and since her representation in this regard was not considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3.In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the claim made in her representation, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2017, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.20046 of 2020 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
