The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code to quash the FIR in Crime No.859 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Chinnalapatti Police Station, Chinnalapatti, Dindigul District.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would contend that investigation in Crime No.859 of 2020 of Chinnalapatti Police Station is already concluded and final report is also made ready against the accused for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) of Indian Penal Code. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
