This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.19 of 2014, on the file of the respondent Police.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that after the investigation, charge sheet has been laid and the same has been taken up for cognizance in the Special Court (Anti Land Grabbing) Theni in C.C.No.06 of 2018, and the next hearing date is fixed as 10.09.2018.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would further submit that the matter has become infructuous. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
