No.1250 of 2022:- Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to initiate contempt proceedings under section 11 of the contempt of courts act, 1971 against the contemnor herein for his willful disobedience to implement the order passed by this Honourable Court in CRL.O.P.(MD).No.6070 of 2019 dated 03-102019 and punish the contemnor. Prayer in CRL OP(MD). 6070/ 2019:- This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying this court to call for the records pertaining to the charge sheet for offences under sections 417, 376(I) and 506(I) of the Indian Penal Code in SC.No.33/2019 on the file of the Honourable Fast Track Mahila Court (District and Sessions Court),Sivagangai. 1/3

ORDER:- This Contempt Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Senthilkumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.D.Shanmugaraja Sethupathi, Advocate for the Respondent, this Court made the following order:

"The Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 03.10.2019 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6070 of 2022 by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the order passed by this Court dated 15.02.2023 has been challenged by the respondent in Cont.A(MD)No.3 of 2023 and in C.M.P.(MD) No.4552 of 2023 and obtained interim order of stay.

3. Therefore, the compliance of the order of this Court does not arise. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed."
