ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.) The Habeas Corpus Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to secure or produce the body or person of the detenu, namely Arjun, S/o.Ganesan, aged about 32 years and set him at liberty.

2.The case of the petitioner is that she had married the missing person on 06.12.2019 and out of their wedlock, they were blessed with two children. In such circumstances, the petitioner's husband went missing. On enquiry, the petitioner came to know that her husband was under the control of one Nishalakshmi and her family members. Therefore, the petitioner had given a complaint to the respondent police to find out the whereabouts of her husband. However, no action had been taken. Hence, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed. 2/4

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 4.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submitted that even as per complaint, the petitioner's husband was having illegal affair with one Nishalakshmi, at K.K.Patti and based on the complaint, enquiry has been conducted and CSR has been issued and it is not a case of illegal detention. He further submitted that enquiry would be conducted and it would be closed. 5.Recording the submission mad by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
