ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that the petitioner will not be entitled to file a fresh criminal original petition on the same cause of action, this because the withdrawal took place after the Court indicates. The petitioner is at liberty to raise all the contentions before the Trial Court. The dismissal of this petition will not come in the way of the petitioner from establishing his innocence in the trial Court.
