This petition has been filed to quash the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A1/8350/2017, dated 20.03.2018 and quash the same and consequently, directing the respondents form in any way altering the physical and superstructure in respect of the property bearing Survey No.357/8, having Patta No.282 and Door No.1/16 situated at Chokkalingapura Pudur Village, Nerpugapatti Group, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
